Cafe Sante in Boyne City

We stayed up in Boyne City when we went up the mitten, but unfortunately it was still pretty cold. The lake was frozen, but that didn’t stop us from going to the beach and exploring new restaurants! Nancy found Cafe Sante and so we decided to try them out.

The restaurant is decorated very nicely, very French, and you can sit outside on the patio once the weather warms up.  The restaurant is literally right in front of the lake, which is really nice!

Our friend Claudia got the French Onion Soup, and said it was fantastic.  It did look quite tasty in all its oozy goodness.

We got a mixture of sweet and savory breakfast items.  Pretty much everything was fantastic!  The herbed potatoes were really great.

Overall, a great meal.  It was too early in the day to try anything from their expansive sparkling cocktail menu, and we were going to the Dark Sky Park and so couldn’t come back for dinner.  If I’m ever up in this area again, I’d definitely come back!

Check them out on Yelp or at their website!
