Fu Yuan | Flushing
One of my favorite dishes to order at dim sum are these rice noodle rolls, and so I was delighted to discover that there is a little restaurant (emphasis on ‘little’ there is barely enough room to stand inside) to order these and only these. My one big sadness is that they don’t offer vinegar as a sauce! What blasphemy is this? The guys told me that ‘Guangdong people don’t eat vinegar’ – lame. Otherwise delicious and dirt cheap.
